Coming back to Sensex, in the intraday chart of Sensex an inverse head and shoulder is being observed as discussed in last weekly post. This Inverse Head & Shoulder reversal pattern, we will consider as continuation pattern, as it not found at the market bottom, but is seen within the long term secular up-trend of the Sensex. Of course as inferred in last weekly blog post it has all measuring implications and volume characteristics, like regular H&S pattern.

Last whole week was euphoric, greenery seen from my window, hot black coffee and news paper carrying news of advancing monsoon across the Indian continent. The Indian economy’s major driver growth is the agricultural economy. Yet during last decade along with agriculture, one of the fast emerging growth drivers of the Indian economy has been exports of goods & services related exports.
